HOW OUR PREPAID HOUR SYSTEM WORKS FOR YOU

Anchor Virtual Services offers a prepaid hour system so your support stays simple, predictable, and paid in advance. Everything is designed to make it easy and transparent for you.

You purchase support time in 2, 5, or 10-hour blocks.

Work begins once your hours are purchased.
Each Monday, you receive a brief update sharing your remaining hours and a link to add additional hours if needed.
Hours are purchased using your credit card of choice, and you automatically receive a paid invoice.
Your hours stay available for up to one year, so you can use them when you need them.
When your balance reaches zero, work pauses until you reload your hours.

You’re welcome to start small and add hours anytime.
